Privacy policy

This is a sample policy for the owner to review and replace with their own. It says what Back Cove Heat Pumps collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we collect your name, phone number, town, what heats your house and any message you add. If you email or text us, we have what you send. The site itself keeps ordinary server logs.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your request, to book and carry out a home visit, and to file a rebate with you if you hire us. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep a request while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward for service and warranty records. The owner sets the exact period.

Your choices
